The Fat Snook in Cocoa Beach opened its doors in May of 2007, in a small beachside venue that was once home to the town’s most esteemed delicatessen, Patrick Deli. With seating for 46, The Fat Snook is a small family owned restaurant packed with a tremendous passion for fresh, local seafood, top quality seasonal ingredients, and hand selected boutique-style wines from across the world.

Our menu is inspired by cultures from around the globe, but particularly those of the Caribbean region with heavy influences of modern American cuisine. We pride ourselves on using only the freshest ingredients available and feature a large percentage of local and organic products. In an effort to deliver nothing less than our absolute best, we craft all of our sauces, dressings, pastas, and desserts from scratch on a daily basis.

Our dining area offers a relaxing casual atmosphere inspired by the cool, soothing colors of the ocean and tropical plant life that surrounds us with a splash of artsy eclectic South Beach style.
